Crochet Club will meet in room C-228 after school from 3:00-4:00 PM. Permission slips in Mrs. Smith's room C-228. Meeting dates: 12/3, and 12/17. Please have your permission form.

School Sponsored Clubs and Student Led Club Permission Forms

If students participate in any school sponsored club or student led club (non school sponsored club), parents must complete a permission slip for students to be able to participate and turn into the club sponsor or host. Access to the FORM. ***This does not include Homework Help since it is a service by the school and not a club.
