9/17 Crochet Club

We will begin the Crochet Club on 9/17, in room C-228 after school from 3:00-4:00 PM. Permission slips in Mrs. Smith's room C-228, and students will have to have a filled-out permission slip to participate. Meeting dates: 9/17, 10/22, 11/5, 12/3, and 12/17

School Sponsored Clubs and Student Led Club Permission Forms

If students participate in any school sponsored club or student led club (non school sponsored club), parents must complete a permission slip for students to be able to participate and turn into the club sponsor or host. Access to the FORM. ***This does not include Homework Help since it is a service by the school and not a club.
