Dear Brentwood Middle School Families,     

Welcome! We, Natalie Metzger and Michelle Sensoy, are excited to serve as your PTO Co-Presidents for the 2024-2025 school year. As Brentwood Middle School is in its final phase of construction, we are so thankful to all who helped us raise almost $440,000 through the Legacy Campaign in the 2023-2024 school year! We clearly have an amazing community of families, teachers, staff, and businesses that value BMS, and those funds raised are helping to enhance the academic, fine arts, and athletic experience for all in our new building. 

With a new building comes new opportunities as we experience many “firsts” in our new space and grow together. As your PTO Co-Presidents, we look forward to partnering with you and our teachers who have such a significant impact on our students and their futures. It is said “it takes a village to raise a child,” and we greatly appreciate any and all support to help continue the tradition of excellence at BMS. Visit www.ptobms.org after July 1 to join the PTO (it’s free!) and sign-up for activities and committees you might like to be involved in at BMS. Joining the PTO will also give you access to the student/parent directory, school calendar, and other helpful links.   

If you have been a PTO member of a Williamson County School, you will use the same login and password. However, you will need to login and update your family information on the PTO website annually.  

Our ONLY fundraiser for the 2024-2025 school year will be our Mission Possible Annual Fund. Funds raised will provide students and teachers with technology, equipment, materials, and programs beyond what Williamson County Schools provides. Last year, our Mission Possible campaign raised over $91,000 for BMS, and $90,000 is our goal this year to maintain our current programs and add more exciting updates to our new building! Some things our PTO funds include: 

• Camp Viking for rising 6th graders and the Back-to-School Kickoff 

• Instruments and new equipment for band, orchestra, and theatre  

• Reward parties, grade-level socials, and Viking of the Month celebrations 

• Homework club, Family Tailgate Night, BMS Bash    

• Teacher appreciation luncheons and hospitality carts throughout the year 

• Stipends for new teachers and staff 

• Bus driver and new family breakfasts 

• End-of-year events 

• Professional development for teachers  

• Beautification of our BMS campus
