The Brentwood Middle School Athletic Department and sports teams model the vision and expectations established by Williamson County Schools. To learn more about athletics in Williamson County Schools, please see WCS athletic guidelines and requirements.

Our goals are:

As Viking athletes, students will make a commitment to themselves, their teammates and the athletic program to follow the expectations of being an athlete. Brentwood Middle offers a wide variety of sports in the fall, winter, and spring seasons.

Brentwood Middle Athletic Offerings

Brentwood Middle has many athletic options for students.  We categorize our sports by seasons.

  • Fall athletic teams begin practice during the summer months before school starts in most cases. The fall athletic seasons run from the start of school until late October or early November.
  • Winter athletic teams begin practice during the late fall. The winter athletic seasons run from approximately December through February.
  • Spring athletic teams begin practice in late February to early March. The spring athletic seasons run from March to early May.

7th & 8th Grade Girls Basketball Tryouts

  • Friday, October 18th - Basketball tryouts for 7th and 8th grade girls 
  • Saturday, Oct. 19th - Basketball tryouts for 7th and 8th grade girls 

Wrestling Cheer Tryouts

Come join Wrestling Cheer! Come be part of this cheer family and show your support for the wrestling team! No tumbling or stunting skills required! Tryout Clinic will be September 16th-18th and September 20th. Must have updated physicals in Final Forms to participate. 

 

Girls Basketball Open Gym

Optional open gym for any girls who plan to tryout for one of the BMS basketball teams will be on the following Wednesdays. 

  • August 21st
  • September 4th
  • September 18th

Girls who are currently playing a BMS Fall Sport may NOT attend open gyms. Anyone planning to attend must have a physical in Final Forms.

 

Girls Soccer Tryouts

Girls soccer tryouts will be September 12th and September 13th.
