Thanks for your consideration in volunteering at Brentwood Middle School! Please sign up for as many activities you as you are interested in assisting!  You will be contacted by the respective Chair Member with more details when the time arises.

You are not 100% committed by signing up, you are just expressing interest as a potential volunteer in the particular area!

 

In addition, if your child participates in any of the extracurricular activities listed, please sign up to be on the email distribution list for important information and reminders.

BMS PTO Sponsored Events

BMS PTO Sponsored events are subject to change due to weather, etc. 

BMS Bash Volunteer
Assist with the BMS Bash
Help with 6th Grade Field Day
Assist with the 6th grade field day (end of year party). Typically held in May.
Help with 7th Grade Kickball Tournament
Assist with the 7th grade kickball tournament (end of year party). Typically held in May.
Help with 8th Grade Field of Dreams
Assist with 8th grade Field of Dreams (end of year party). Typically held in May.
Fall Family Tailgate
Help with the Family Tailgate Party (food trucks and fun) during a home football game.
Hospitality
We love our teachers and admins at BMS. Help to provide food, set up, clean up or serve at various events throughout the year. Will include opportunities to provide tangible donations and/or volunteer options.
Hospitality - New Families
Assist with events welcoming BMS families that are new to the WCS district. The main event is the New Family coffee.
Student Rewards Party
Help with the Student Rewards Program. These events happen once every 9 weeks.
General Volunteer
We may contact you for help in any area and if you can be there to help or provide a truck, clean up, setup, bring supplies, etc. you will be happy to help if your schedule allows.
